This is a well maintained one owner camper. Tons of storage, good amount of counter space in kitchen. The sofa and cabinetry slide out making the camper more spacious. As seen in the pictures, there is plenty of room with the slide out in and everything is still accessible. There are bunks in the rear, one double one twin with storage cabinet. Queen bed in the front with side tables and storage above. Sofa and dinette both turn into beds if needed, will sleep 9. LED lights throughout, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, big refrigerator with freezer, 19" Flat screen TV, DVD player, AM/FM/CD/MP3 with outdoor speakers, tire covers, water filter, water & sewer hoses, 6 gallon electric/propane water heater, 90 gallon fresh water tank, Two 30 gal propane tanks w/cover, a 4 bike rack, spare tire, upgraded 18 ft awning (Spring 2015). NO LEAKS OR DAMAGE, we have ALWAYS maintained this unit. 5482lbs empty- full propane. 7500lbs gross. Easily pulled with 1/2 ton. Must see to appreciate. Serious inquiries only.
