Price reduced on this fifth wheel. It is a 2016 Heartland Elkridge 39 MBHS and this 5th wheel has so many options to it, that it will be hard to list them all. If you want a comfortable camping experience whether it's raining outside or not, there is space in this camper for all to have. It can sleep 10 people comfortably and has 4 slide-outs (or bump-outs). ****BEST OF ALL, it has a 6-year extended warranty, that we purchased, that comes with the camper (savings right there of $2,200)!! Here in a nutshell, it has a living room dark brown leather soft and chairs with a tv and an electric fireplace so you can heat up the camper on a cool fall morning while using the campground's electricity. Also it has a sofa can pull out to a queen sized bed. There are TV hook ups in all the sleeping areas. The kitchen with an extra large refrigerator and stove, an island with pendant lights, and corian countertops. For entertainment there are inside/outside speakers with built in DVD/FM/AM/CD/Bluetooth combo system. The dining area features a kitchen table with 4 chairs that has never been used (no U-shaped dinette!!). This camper has 2 A/C units and propane heat with 2 large tanks. The great bunkhouse has a door and a sofa pulls out to queen sized bed. THERE IS A HUGE SLEEPING LOFT big enough for 3 preteens. The bathroom is very spacious and the master bedroom features a king size bed, great closet, dresser, underbed storage and washer/dryer hookups in the closet. There is a large electronic awning with LED lights, plenty of storage under the entire fifth wheel area, an outside shower, and eletronic stabalizers - making setup a breeze!!!! Outside there are led outside lights and ladder to the roof deck. The camper has been pet free and smoke free!! Along with this I have purchased some items that will come with the camper . . . a 50' extension cable, enough sewer hose to get you to where you need to be, wheel chucks, etc. We only took it out a six times, but we are finding sports and paying for college getting in the way of us enjoying the camper. SOMEONE NEEDS TO ENJOY THIS CAMPER!! :) We love camping and we will get back into it eventually, but right now it's not in the cards for us. The camper is in mint condition. It comes with everything - all you need to do is hook-up and go. ***No low balls, no trades, purchasing must be made at a bank because of our loan. Hard-sided pop up camper in very good condition. We have enjoyed this camper very much. It is lightweight & easy to pull. We pulled it easily with a Honda Odyssey. There is a large dinette which also folds into a full bed on one side. On the other side there are two bunks which either sleep 4 mini people or 2 non-mini people. :) The lower bunk area is also a huge storage compartment. There is also a stove, sink, refrigerator, heater, and air conditioner. We have added an aluminum rack to the front of the camper for bikes, firewood, or whatever. There is also a custom railing that can be used for making 1/2 of the top bunk into a nifty baby crib or pet bed. Clean, non-smoker's camper. No pets. No canvas! And yes, these campers really do set up in a minute! Perfect cross between a pop up and a travel trailer. We will miss it but it is time for us to let someone else enjoy it. It has been gently used and well maintained. No Sunday showings, but we are available most other days. If you call or email on Sunday, we will wait to reply until Monday.

2012 Dutchmen 300bh-Sl , 2012 DUTCHMEN Kodiak 300BHSL - 37ft bunkhouse travel trailer with 3 slide outs. Sleeps 8! Wonderful second home - Tax deductible !! Beautiful interior...barely used. Dream island kitchen, leather vinyl upholstery, 2 convertible dinettes! It has a full private master bedroom, a large living room and kitchen area, and a separate bedroom for the kids with 3 bunk beds, a full booth dinette, and even room for their own TV and game system. This coach looks and smells brand new and has only been used a few times for short trips. The exterior and interior colors and design look more like a luxury resort RV than a budget friendly family camper. Kodiak really paid attention to the details from top to bottom.....the roof has aluminum framing and TPO roof and that attention to quality even extended to the floor and underbelly with aluminum framing and even a fully enclosed underbelly. Extras include the push button electric awning, the electric jack, the spare tire that is connected to the bumper, the exterior storage across the front in the bay and of course the complete hitch distribution system that comes with the trailer, Flat Panel LED TV, 13500 BTU Central A/C , Triple bunk in rear with bottom bunk opening to queen, Smoke detector, Carbon monoxide detector, LP gas leak detector, Break away safety brake, 4 wheel electric brakes, Safety glass windows, and 30/50 Amp power cord. This is truly an awesome camper...our children are getting to the point where they are all so busy with activities, that we simply can't get out enough to justify keeping it. $27,900.00
