Price reduced on this fifth wheel. It is a 2016 Heartland Elkridge 39 MBHS and this 5th wheel has so many options to it, that it will be hard to list them all. If you want a comfortable camping experience whether it's raining outside or not, there is space in this camper for all to have. It can sleep 10 people comfortably and has 4 slide-outs (or bump-outs). ****BEST OF ALL, it has a 6-year extended warranty, that we purchased, that comes with the camper (savings right there of $2,200)!! Here in a nutshell, it has a living room dark brown leather soft and chairs with a tv and an electric fireplace so you can heat up the camper on a cool fall morning while using the campground's electricity. Also it has a sofa can pull out to a queen sized bed. There are TV hook ups in all the sleeping areas. The kitchen with an extra large refrigerator and stove, an island with pendant lights, and corian countertops. For entertainment there are inside/outside speakers with built in DVD/FM/AM/CD/Bluetooth combo system. The dining area features a kitchen table with 4 chairs that has never been used (no U-shaped dinette!!). This camper has 2 A/C units and propane heat with 2 large tanks. The great bunkhouse has a door and a sofa pulls out to queen sized bed. THERE IS A HUGE SLEEPING LOFT big enough for 3 preteens. The bathroom is very spacious and the master bedroom features a king size bed, great closet, dresser, underbed storage and washer/dryer hookups in the closet. There is a large electronic awning with LED lights, plenty of storage under the entire fifth wheel area, an outside shower, and eletronic stabalizers - making setup a breeze!!!! Outside there are led outside lights and ladder to the roof deck. The camper has been pet free and smoke free!! Along with this I have purchased some items that will come with the camper . . . a 50' extension cable, enough sewer hose to get you to where you need to be, wheel chucks, etc. We only took it out a six times, but we are finding sports and paying for college getting in the way of us enjoying the camper. SOMEONE NEEDS TO ENJOY THIS CAMPER!! :) We love camping and we will get back into it eventually, but right now it's not in the cards for us. The camper is in mint condition. It comes with everything - all you need to do is hook-up and go. ***No low balls, no trades, purchasing must be made at a bank because of our loan. Contact me with any questions. *********Package Deal - I have a 2005 F350 Dually with a B&W Turnover Ball Hitch on a long bed. It has the Lariat package and enough power that you won't even know you are pulling 39'. I will give you a great deal on both the camper and truck. HOWEVER, I will not sell the truck until the camper is sold. I searched over 6 months for a good quality diesel to pull this camper, so I know how hard they are to find.
