Great exterior condition for the age. *The whole interior has a fresh coat of white paint and the frame for bed and sofas are removed* Restored Plumbing, Electrical, and flooring. New 45-gallon fresh water tank and new grey water tank. New water heater is mounted under bed frame New subfloor and reinsulated walls. Will need appliances, cabinets, and furniture to make it your own. She was not designed with a bathroom, so a new Compost toilet is included. This Airstream is in great condition. The seller took pride in her remodel to keep the nostalgic, original design as possible. Not only was there a complete off shell done, but every panel was taken off and the 1957 insulation (which had shifted to the bottom of the walls) was removed and all new insulation was installed. This little Airstream stays warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer. Stock #299682 Vintage Caravanner by Airstream Updated and Ready to make your own! This is a rare beauty. This 22-foot 1957 Caravanner has been partially restored. In 2019 she had a full shell off restoration, and all of the flooring has been replaced and all new plumbing and electrical. There are also roof-mounted solar panels, with power stored in a battery in the silver box in front of the camper. When fully charged, lights and small appliances can be operated. The overhead A/C unit is a combination A/C and heater; controlled by the wall-mounted thermostat. This caravanner sleeps 4. Towing weight is 2,800 lbs. and easily pulled! The hitch weight is 270 lbs. Great exterior condition for the age. The exterior is deliberately unpolished to keep its 50's Patina. Tows great, and tail lights are working. Interior upholstery excellent condition. Full size fridge and full bathroom with shower/tub. Two bunk beds, closet, table folds into double bed, bedroom with storage. Stove top and plenty of cabinet storage. Had a leak in corner but is fixed. May need small panel replaced where it leaked.

Trailer came with the boat when I bought it and after a year the guy who bought the boat has a lakeside dock ,in a gated community that does not allow trailer storage..no rust/ newer rollers.
