PRICED FOR A QUICK SALE - This beautifully appointed 5th wheel served as my husband's private quarters and office for 3 yrs, while he was still in the oil & gas industry full time. No smoking. No pets. No shoes. Minimal & mostly microwave-type cooking. With the exception of two weekend trips, it's been parked since 2010. Boasts legendary Newmar construction (aluminum superstructure w/ gel-coated fiberglass), factory installed MOR/ryde equalizer suspension, & all the many standard features of the Cypress 34BLSK. It also has R-19 four-season insulation (PolarPak), tinted windows, pass-through "Super Storage", separate front & rear AC units, washer & dryer connections (washer included), power leveling jacks, 10-gal gas/elec water heater w/DSI, luggage rack & ladder, cabinetry upgrade, ceiling fan, AM/FM/CD/VCR/VCP/DVD/MP3 players, & built-in Dolby Surround-Sound. It's fully wired for cable, satellite, DSL and landlines. We have all the paperwork, including the original owners' manual, electric & gas schematics, etc.. We purchased this particular make & model for its comfort & quality, & it's been well cared for. The NADA valuation effective 01/07/2016 lists a MSRP of $54,399, an average retail of $35,415 & a low retail of $29,400 for comparable units. Since they are no longer made, I think it's safe to assume the unit will continue to hold its value if it continues to be cared for. PLEASE NOTE: 1) The TV died about three years ago, & we've never replaced it, 2) there is a small crack in the fiberglass of the left wheel well (unseen stump), and 3) there is a chip missing from the cover of the front AC unit (bridge miscalculation). These last two are cosmetic issues & don't interfere with performance. This unit has been treated as business equipment, & although it's very nice & we wouldn't change a thing, we've more than gotten our money's worth, we don't use it, we have no plans to replace it, & frankly, we prefer hotels or condos.
