I bought this motorhome in 2007 from a family in New York, I bought it for use at Ball Tournaments, and it served me well. Since 2009 it has been to PEI and Newfoundland and Labrador, twice. I have not used it since 2012, so I am selling it. Selling AS IS, it has been sitting outside and is in good shape, it has no leaks. A very nice motorhome for someone that can restore the shine. Need a little work as does any vehicle. It has some rust at the bottom of passenger door (see pictures), need new stripes, (weather worn) Easy to drive. it does need some brake lights on right side, might be a small wiring problem, I don't know what else it needs. I just drove it from storage yard 53Km away and it drove fine. Its surprisingly easy to maneuver. New Microwave, Leveling Jacks and some dishes and some other extras. Lots of storage. Drives fine. Very cold Rooftop air, in dash air may need charging. Two batteries new. Full size awning. Ask your questions or send me an reasonable offer. The RV was used by us for 6 trips of 3 days each during the last three summers. Most were within 250 mile round trip, so the useage has been minimal. NEVER EVER SMOKED IN. Since it has always been stored indoors and has a protective coating the trailer is in new condition.Icould include the load leveller hitch equipment with the trailer, but I didn't factor that in the price. May be sell as an optional extra? Also available could be wheel blocks, trailer levellor plastic blocks and wheel covers.The RV has an interior oven, stove and microwave for cooking. Both the oven and stove have not been used because we wanted to eliminate cooking odours from the interior. Only the microwave was used. The Rv exterior has a propane barbecue and quick disconnect gas fitting for it's use.The trailer has a gas and electric water heater, which switches automatically when electrical power is connected. The large fridge works the same way. There a 12 volt automotive deep cycle battery for power when no electrical plug in is available.I have also installed 2 roof vent covers which allow the vents to remain open during travel or during rain showers.The bathroom has an exhaust fan, toilet, sink and a shower, so it is a three piece bathroom.There is roof air-conditioner on the roof and a built in furnace below for cool days.There are two 30# propane gas bottles, with an auto selector between bottles.Comes with a stereo/CD player built in. Has a queen size bed with upper double bunkie. South Ontario delivery, 50 cents kilometer of a round trip. Prefer pick up in person.
