This is a 1997 Titan Gooseneck Trailer. We have owned it for 4 years and bought it from the original owner. This trailer includes a water heater, 2 burner gas stove, walk through door from living to horse quarters, rear tack room, rear loading lights shower and sink. It does not have holding tanks for water. It does have an A/C unit that sits on the floor inside and is vented outside. There is working 9 and 12 volt outlets throughout the trailer along with a radio. There is a little surface rust but very good condition for a 1997! The water heater does have some trouble staying lit, however where we have camped we have never needed to use it. Lights need minimal work on the outside as a couple of them are not working. Tires, brakes and wheel barrings were replaced in August of 2016 and it has been pulled about 25 miles since that time. Currently being kept indoors through the winter months. Selling to downgrade as we now have young kids and are only taking day trips

Excellent condition, decals are still in good shape, 12' garage, new awning summer 2014, 5500watt Onan on-board generator, I am 2nd owner. We have used air mattress on toyhauler floor for more sleeping room. Plenty of storage thru out. Also have a Reese 20k 5th wheel hitch complete w bed rails available if needed. This is a real nice unit by no means does it look like it is a 2004 looks a lot newer been well taken care of. I need to move it make a reasonable offer if interested I would consider delivering for a fee.

2005 Hefty 53' Gooseneck trailer, 10 Ft upper / 38 Ft lower with 5 Ft Dovetail, 3 Axle, 21000 GVW, Electric Brakes on all 3 axles and still work great, Tires have some wear but all hold air with no leaks. Not dry rotted. LED lights, Currently has a fifth wheel pin but could be converted to a gooseneck receiver, Has a winch mount, New floor last summer, No Rust at all, I pulled it with a flatbed F350 and an F650 depending on the load.
