The furnace is a Duo-Therm and is rated at 13,500 btu's. There is a direct vent 6 gallon gas water heater which has a manual switch in the kitchen. The kitchen area is equipped with a 4 burner gas stove and oven, microwave oven and hood fan and light. There is a lazy susan in the cabinet above the two bowl kitchen sink. There is a ceiling fan in the kitchen area. The DOMETIC refrigerator works on gas or electric and switches automatically as necessary. The roof mounted AC unit is in good working condition.
