This 2021 Open Range 338BHS has been well taken care of by its only owners since new. It has only been pulled to and from a seasonal site since new, so it has very low miles too! The trailer has a mid-living space set-up with a large convertible dinette / U-shaped lounge in its own slide. Opposite the area is the kitchen, which is set off by an island with the farm-style built-in sink. The main bedroom is up front and features an upgraded king-size bed with a Sleep Number mattress included! The large closet across the front of the trailer has a hook-up for a washer and dryer if you have full-time plans. The bunkhouse is at the rear of the trailer and is closed off from the rest of the space with a door instead of just a curtain! The space also has its own half bath and TV! If camping is a mostly outdoor activity for you, no worries here with twin-lighted patio awnings with speakers built-in to the arms. This is a great camper for any family. This camper has no leaks, no issues, everything works! The roof and all seams were reseated in 2015. Tires and brakes are in good condition. A/C & heat work great, water heater and 8 cu. ft. refrigerator are in perfect working condition. This camper sleeps 8 people comfortably. The back bunk is a regular twin on bottom and camper twin on top bunk. Surround sound speakers, DVDs player and flat screen TV are included with the camper. The slide runs in & out smooth and has a 16 foot awning. It also comes with exterior grill. The underbelly is insulated & heated. It has dual 40 gal. propane tanks with automatic switch over. The furnace is 34,000 BTUs. It has Dexter Eze lube axles. This camper also has dual electric front landing gear with rear scissor jacks. The empty weight on this camper is 8,213 lbs. We have enjoyed quite a few trips in this well maintained camper. We are asking a reasonable price of $11,500.
