You will notice from the photos that this RV is really like new. All systems and appliances are believed to be in proper working condition. Even tall folks will feel comfortable inside with a generous interior height of 76". There are three slides and one 20' power retractable awning. As seen in the photos, the slides, when opened really give this 5th wheel an inviting and spacious feel. A very generous-sized fresh water tank with a 65-gallon capacity combined with a large gray tank (90-gallon) and black water tank (45-gallon) is adequate for a week of camping for a large family. The front-located MASTER bedroom features mirrored doors, carpet and vinyl flooring, and shades and curtains. The center-located kitchen and nearby bathroom are well-positioned and work well with the overall floor plan. Two 15,000 BTU A/C's keep you super comfortable during the hot summer months, and the large capacity heater works equally well when it's cold outside.
