This RV was purchased new by us. We have a home in Arizona as well as Canada and bought to travel in Canada but plans changed and we only used a few times. Never had children or animals and has been smoke free. In fact we never even cooked inside as we do not like odours in our RV's. No mechanical problems. Has a small mark in the bathroom sink because we tried to remove the new sticker in the bottom of the sink and it removed the finish where the label was. Out door fridge accessible so when you stop somewhere you can access beverages or snacks. We really enjoyed this feature especially if we stopped at a grocery store we just put stuff in there instead of opening up the trailer. Surround sound, two easy boy chairs, two stools to eat at the bar. Solid surface counter tops, solid maple table and cabinetry. We installed a new 32 inch flat screen tv after we purchased it. This unit was bought as an concurrent model new in 2011 at this time we purchased new 10 ply tires. So the tires are like new. We made a trip to the east coast for 5 weeks and one weekend away for two nights this year. This unit has been stored inside our shed for the majority of the time we owned it and has never seen snow or ice. Willing to sell with all the hook up accessories. call 1-519-795-7754
