It has 2 - 30 lb propane tanks, 4 scissor stabilizer jacks, outside shower including hot water, 2 max air vents, 21 ft awning (needs new material), 10 gal gas/electric hot water heater, ducted air and heat, 8 cu ft refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove with oven, microwave, jack knife sofa, booth dinette, full bathroom with toilet, sink, vanity, medicine cabinet with mirror, and tub/shower with skylight for additional height. Includes a builtin am/fm/3 disc cd player and ceiling mounted speakers. Also includes a spare tire with rack. Will include all trailer hitch equipment including sway bars.
