Smoke and odor free unit ready to hit the road. Pickup and 6cyl. SUV towable at 2595# base weight. Carrying capacity is 605#. Hitch weight is 200#. Air Conditioned (5000btu) and heat (18000btu). Has convertible kitchen dinette that sleeps two and a rear hybrid cable supported foldout that sleeps two. The goucho can sleep a little one. All canvas and screens are like new with no holes or tears . Bath has shower with toilet all in good working order. 9 ft. Patio Awning (solid White) and hardware work flawlessly. Awning has some light stains from tree leaves and seeds but no holes. Propane water heater is 6 gal. and works fine. 16 gal freshwater/ 15 gal. grey water and 9 gal black water tanks. Wine guard boosted antenna works great. also has rear leveling jacks in working order. One owner bought new by me. Unit has less than 5 thousand miles.
