PACE ARROW RV ***NEW ENGINE*** This is a white 1985 (32 foot) Pace Arrow RV (class A) with a 30 amp electrical hook-up. Over the last year we have invested over $10,000 to the renovations and repairs of this RV while traveling. There is a tow package on this RV for towing boats, trailers, etc., and is perfect for the weekend getaways, camping trips, guest house, hunters, NASCAR racing fans, etc. It has 4 twin bunk-beds, toilet/bathroom, full kitchen, shower, sinks, microwave, gas oven and stove. It has a living room couch and dinning table that folds down to another bed. The fridge works great on the gas setting but for some reason it is not working on AC power. The original miles are only 61,280 miles but it does have a new Chevy 7.4 liter 454 big-block engine that was built by Accurate Engines in Michigan and installed August of 2014. It also has the following new parts:*new carburetor*new tires*new shocks*new starter*new alternator*new water pump*new belts*new tune up*new exhaust*We added an additional electric fan for the engine to help in hotter climates while pulling a trailer.*It has new exterior white paint (needs some body work).*All the bay doors have new weather stripping. The ONAN generator runs and works great with only 1,729 original hours; it just needs it's regular maintenance and the automatic choke needs to be replace. I have the part in hand, I just have no time to change it out but still runs and works great. The Heater burns HOT and the rooftop Air Conditioners both work really good and will freeze you out.Needs:*needs new carpet *some body work*the ceiling headliner needs replaced*bathroom walls and counter need TLC*there is a small leak that drips slowly from the the bathroom ceiling vent. It can be easily repaired with caulking or simply replacing the vent.*There is a slight minor exhaust leak in the doughnut collector gasket and again I just have no time to change it out.*needs the turn signal/cruise control/windshield wiper switch.*a couple of the interior lights need replaced.*I have a CD player for it, it just needs to be installed.*The hot water heater does not seem to work and not sure why. We didn't need it and never looked into it.*The dash AC works but does need a charge and one of the hoses has a leak and need replaced.During the most recent tuneup the mechanic messed with the timing and threw it off a little so the timing needs to be reset with a timing gun. Other than that, the chassis is about 75% renovated with new parts and mechanically sound. The transmission works great and shifts perfectly as it should. We are traveling artists and drove this RV all over the USA from from May 2014 to present. We bought this RV as a temporary solution while our big tour-bus is being renovated and no longer need it. The RV has Texas plates and registration. If you have any questions, feel free to ask; I know just about everything about this RV.
