Fully loaded 44B with all the available factory options. Fully transferable factory warranty with 17 months remaining. Necessary warranty work and factory recall work has been performed to date. DISH Network satellite system was installed to factory in-motion tracking antenna. I bought this coach new in February 2016. Since then I purchased a new home on acreage and discovered the property was going to keep me busier than expected. The wife no longer desires to travel, so I must sell the RV and concentrate on the property. The coach has only been driven back and forth to the dealer for warranty and/or recall work since it was purchased. We have literally never spent our first night in it at any camping ground. It's quite literally unused and in new condition for used price.
