LENGTH: 34 feet; SLIDES -2; Axles - 2 with Electric brakes; BEDS: 6 (2 queen, (I in front bedroom, one in living room) 1 full (Couch pull out), two bunk (rear, 1 trundle floor bed (rear) I full bed/table combo; Outside gas grill, outside shower, inside tub/shower combo. 2 power push button slide outs with optional rain covers. Front is 14 feet, Rear is 8 feet; Power push button awning; Electric/gas water heater and refridgerator; Flat screen tv, dvd player, stereo am fm radio with surround sound; Water pump under sink for areas without city water. 50 Gallon sewage tank; 50 gallon fresh water tank; 2 30 gallon lp gas tanks. NADA Book value is between 21,000 and 26,000 as currently equipped, I am asking $18,350 and giving buyer some free extras included below. INTERIOR: Solid oak cabinets. Color: Oak, Tan, Browns in curtains and couch and bed covers. Black appliances, Black TV, DVD player Free extras include:($450 class III hitch w/stabilizer bars and anti sway bar, $50 value 220v extension cord, and $20 value 50 ft water hose. Condition: Very Good, TWO owners. FIrst owner only used a few times for grandkids, traded back in to Summit RV. I have only used about 6 times too busy to go camping, need to sell to someone who can better use it. Fiberglass exterior is good needs rv cleaner. Decals good some are beginning to peel on edges in a few spots. Caulking is good but will eventually need some attention as it weathers; Roof has a Ten year Warranty from manufacturer which goes through 2018 but is not transferrable. Roof in Excellent shape. Central heat and air conditioning works well. All fans and water pump, furnace stove, refrigerator etc.. work well. TV, DVD works Antenna works fine one prong has a very slight bend in it but is intact. Lot of Tread left on Goodyear tires. Located at: 3085 North Maysville Road, Mount Sterling, KY 40353.
