Well cared for bunk model motorhome that sleeps eight. All routine maintenance performed by Freightliner Oasis. Tires have been upgraded in size from 255/80R 22.5 to Michelin XZE2 275/80R 22.5 for better load carrying margin and ride comfort. The Cummins ISB 6.7 liter turbo diesel engine provides 340hp/ 660 ft lbs of torque, and with 46,000 miles, it is just broken in as diesels go. Along with the six-speed Allison transmission; steep grades with pulling a vehicle is no problem and the exhaust break does wonders coming down the mountain. The motorhome has full body paint in Warm Cashmere with no body damage. Windows are tinted double pane with day and night shades. The one-piece panoramic windshield has motor driven day and night shades, along with defog fans. The captain's chair swivels 360 with 6-way power and the passenger side seat also swivels with a powered foot rest and fold-out desktop. The living area has ceramic tile flooring forward of the bedroom (which is carpeted) and is bathed in dimmable LED lighting (which is easy on the battery during dry-camping). The living room area consist of a bench style dinette, sofa with air matress, love seat, LCD TV with surround sound and a DVD player, solid surface kitchen counter, double bowl sink, 3-burner gas cooktop, convection/ microwave oven, 12 cu ft side by side gas/electric refrigerator with ice maker and a huge amount of storage cabinets. Two remote controlled Fantastic Fans with rain sensors are also included. The bathroom has a one piece fiberglass shower with two glass doors, and a porcelain china toilet. The motorhome was just upgraded to the Girard GSWH-2 (Generation III) on-demand tankless water heater. After setting the desired output temperature on a digital control pad, it keeps that output temperature, even with changes of water flow and allows mixing of cold water. Endless showers are thereby possible; well at least when connected to a campground drain. The bedroom has a walk around queen size bed, double mirrored door wardrobe, dresser, chest of drawers and a 24" LCD TV. A cabinet in the bedroom contains electric, water and sewer facilities for a washer/dryer.The dual bunk beds, each have their own DVD player with cordless headphones. When not used for beds, the top bunk folds up to provide a large closet.Facilities include a 8Kw Onan Quiet diesel generator, two 20,000 BTU furnaces, two 13,500 BTU A/C (front is also a heat pump), 1200 watt inverter/converter, six house batteries, two AGM chassis batteries, 24.5 gallon propane tank, fully automatic hydraulic leveling system, and a 100 gallon dual fill fuel tank. The basement contains a three door full pass-through illuminated cargo hold with a slide-out tray and is accessible on both sides. A large shelved compartment is next to the entry and couple smaller compartments are also provided.Let's get together to chat.Hank

This 26'7" Itasca Cambria (Winnebago Aspect twin) highly optioned motorhome was specially ordered from the factory for us. It has been maintained in excellent condition for 33,000 miles. It's built on a reliable Ford E-450 Super Duty chassis with the Triton V10 engine (synthetic oil changes every 3,000 miles) and the newer five speed Tow/Haul transmission. Original shocks were replaced by Bilstein gas shocks; original front sway bar was replaced by a heavier duty Roadmaster bar and another bar was added to the rear. These mods, in addition to rear air bags, resulted in a VERY good handling coach. Added Steer Safe helps maintain control in event of a blowout and a Crossfire system on the rear wheels provides tire pressure equalization as well as reducing pressure valves from four to two. Its Michelin LTX tires are two years old and now have 6,000 miles. Aluminum wheels are much lighter than steel wheels resulting in a better ride and higher weight capacity, Replaced stock muffler with a stainless steel Flowmaster RV 70 (NOT LOUD) which should last a LONG time. Motorhome sleeps four ... two in the double bed (Sealy mattress) and two on the dinettte. A beautiful billet grille replaces the original. Awnings over the bedroom, slideout and dinette windows provide fresh air in the rain. An Awning Saver lock device provides a safety factor on the highway by preventing unfurling., Other equipment includes: King Dome in-motion satellite dish; fiberglass roof, roof access ladder, dark tinted dual pane windows, Everpure water filter, AGM auxiliary battery. 300W inverter. Onan 4KW gasoline genset, microwave convection oven, Norcold 6 cubic foot double door refrigerator, roof mounted ducted heat pump, two wardrobes, unused three burner gas stove. surround sound. pleather upholstery. cruise control, power windows and door locks. electric entry step. Painted (not vinyl) graphics! Last but not least .... this coach has PLENTY of outside storage space and weight capacity!
