VERY NICE GULFSTREAM SEDONA 34FSBW. VERY UNIQUE FLOORPLAN, HAS A REAR BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM. THIS CAMPER HAS A BRAND NEW STILL UNDER WARRANTY DOMETIC ROOFTOP AIR CONDITIONER. . I USED IT FOR 3 MONTHS PERSONALLY THIS SUMMER AT MY LAKE PLACE. I NO LONGER HAVE A NEED FOR THIS CAMPER. THIS IS A VERY LARGE, VERY ROOMY CAMPER. NEW A UNIT LIKE THIS IS OVER $60,000. BUY THIS ONE FOR A FRACTION OF THAT SO YOU DON'T BE THE GUY TO LOSE OVER $50,000. EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT, SLIDEOUTS OPERATE SMOOTHLY AS THEY SHOULD, FRIDGE WORKS, WATER HEATER WORKS, ELECTRIC JACKS WORK. ROOF IS IN GOOD SHAPE. THIS CAMPER ALSO HAS A HITCH ON THE BACK OF IT AND A REINFORCED REAR BUMPER SO YOU CAN PULL A BOAT OR ANOTHER TRAILER BEHIND IT OR PUT YOU ONE OF THOSE HITCH TOTER'S ON THE BACK TO CARRY YOUR GEAR. TIRES ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. EXTERIOR IS EXCELLENT EXCEPT FOR ON THE VERY FRONT ON THE RIGHT SIDE UNDER THE FRONT WINDOW THERE IS SOME MINOR DELAMINATION, BUT IT IS NOT ROTTED AND DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE LEAKED. IT IS AFTER ALL 7 YEARS OLD....THE KITCHENETTE SLIDEOUT APPEARS TO HAVE LEAKED ONE TIME AND THE FLOOR IN THE VERY REAR OF THE SLIDEOUT SHOWS SOME PREVIOUS MINOR DAMAGE. I SUSPECT THEY MAY HAVE NOT PULLED IT IN ALL THE WAY WHEN THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS STORING IT. I HAVE HAD A QUOTE FROM A LOCAL RV REPAIR SHOP TO REPLACE THE WHOLE FLOOR FOR $800 IN THE WHOLE SLIDEOUT, HOWEVER, I DON'T THINK IT IS NECESSARY TO DO THAT. THOSE ARE THE ONLY REAL FLAWS I HAVE FOUND WITH THIS RV. AS I SAID, I USED IT 3 MONTHS THIS SUMMER AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER OUT OF IT. I HAD THE NEW AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLED BECAUSE THE OLD ONE THE FAN MOTOR WENT OUT AND INSTEAD OF SPENDING $400 FIXING IT I JUST OPTED TO PUT IN A WHOLE NEW AIR CONDITIONER BECAUSE THEY USUALLY GIVE TROUBLE WHEN THEY ARE 7 YEARS OLD. THIS IS A $1500 VALUE WHEN YOU ARE COMPARING THIS CAMPER TO OTHER CAMPERS. I PULL IT WITH MY DODGE 3500 DIESEL DUALLY, HOWEVER, I THINK A 3/4 TON TRUCK WOULD DO JUST FINE. THIS IS A KAUFMAN TRAILER, NOT SOME OF THE CHEAP STUFF YOU SEE ONLINE BRAND NEW THAT IS ALL SHOW AND NO GO, (BIG TRAILERS WITH LIGHTWEIGHT FRAMES) THIS TRAILER HAS A 15,000LB GVWR! EXTREMELY HEAVY DUTY!!!!! I HAVE OWNED IT FOR A FEW YEARS AND IT HAS SERVED ME WELL. THIS TRAILER NEW WOULD BE OVER $8,000 AS EQUIPPED. THE ONLY THING I KNOW OF THAT IS WRONG WITH IT IS THE 2 SIDEMARKER LIGHTS ON THE FENDERS THE LENSES ARE MISSING BECAUSE THE ARE IN A VERY VULNERABLE LOCATION TO BEING KNOCKED OFF AND THE WINCH HAS A BROKEN PIECE ON IT THAT GOES BETWEEN THE TWO ROLLERS WHICH DOES NOT AFFECT THE OPERATION OF IT WHATSOEVER, IT COULD BE REPAIRED WITH A $12 PART AND IN 5 MINUTES IF YOU WANTED TO. THE TOOL BOX HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND THE LID DOES NOT WANT TO STAY SHUT. IF I WERE TO KEEP THE TRAILER I WOULD PUT A DIFFERENT TYPE OF BOX ON IT PERSONALLY, ONE THAT IS NOT SO LONG.
