This camper is in very nice condition. I have camped in it for the past 3 or 4 years and the only thing I have done to it is put a new refrigerator in it last year. It includes : Cold AC, Furnace with ductwork in the floor, Stove, Microwave, Stereo, Place for the TV with antenna, Twin bed that was a double bed and can be changed back, Table that folds down to a bed, Couch that folds down to a bed, Small tub with a shower, Outside shower, 30 gallon tanks - fresh,grey and black water, 2 LP tanks, Torsion bars, Sway bar, New battery, and tires are nice. I also have all the books for this. I need a deposit of $250.00 through Paypal at the end, at the rest in cash at pickup.
