Overall the coach is in good operational condition. The interior is clean and odor free but does show some wear (see pictures). All appliances are operational and have been used very little. The exterior has begun to fade from the sun and the vinyl decals are peeling in some areas (see pictures). Also, the awning has been recently replaced but is out of adjustment keeping the support arms from fully retracting. Seller is working to get this issue corrected. The house batteries were replaced in 2022. Date code on tires is 2019. With a little interior and exterior TLC, this coach will be ready for your next adventure. The U-shaped dinette has been modified to a booth dinette but all the original cushions are available for conversion back to the U-shape if so desired. The exterior has begun to fade from the sun. Vinyl reflective tape installed by previous owner on the lower portion of the coach is peeling away (see pictures). Also, the awning arms have been recently replaced but are out of adjustment keeping the support arms from fully retracting (see pictures). The house batteries were replaced in 2022. 1998 Jayco Jay Flight 23FB, I bought this nice camper in spring of 2014. It is our first camper and we loved it. We have taken it on 3 camping trips for a total of 12 nights. It has been great. We are selling it because we have decided that we love camping so much that we want to get a bigger camper. It needed some maintenance work and upgrades which I did myself. Everything works inside (fridge, freezer, heater, air conditioner, toilet, all plumbing, faucets, shower/bath, windows, table/bed, cabinet doors, and microwave) The air conditioner works so well that you have to turn it all the way down or it freezes you out. We have used the heating system. It works great. The plumbing all works great including the toilet, shower/bath, and faucets. The fridge works excellent. It will keep you milk very cold. The freezer works excellent. The microwave works excellent. I do not used the oven or stove. But they work. All cabinets are in excellent shape. A lot of storage space inside. The hot water heater works excellent. It gets scalding hot! We have taken nice hot showers. All the bedding and furniture is in excellent condition with no rips or tears. New very nice vinyl flooring throughout. Some of the window shades are not in good shape. One curtain hook in the front has come off the wall. This is very minor. All of the window screens are in excellent shape. As for the outside, the awning works excellent and is in good condition. We used it a lot. The towing electric system works excellent. I had to do a lot of work to get the lights and brakes all working correctly. The electric brakes work excellent. All the lights work. The jack motor quit working. I crank it up and down by hand. I upgraded the hot water tank purge setup. I installed a valve and fittings to make emptying the tank very easy. It use to be a pain before I upgraded it. The first day we took it camping, I backed into a tree. It punctured a hole in the drivers side. It only penetrated the outer sheathing. I mended it with metal tape and sealed it with waterproof sealant. I have gone over any old sealant with new waterproof sealant. All the leveling jacks work great. The sewage hose stores in the rear bumper. It has two gas tanks stored inside a compartment with an access door. Very nice so they are out of view and weather. Tires are in excellent condition with lots of tread. Wheel bearings were greased last summer. It's GVWR is 5800 lbs. It tows very easily behind my SUV. It has a clear title. No leans. Title in hand. I will tow it to your location if you will pay for the gas and as long as it isn't more than 200 miles one way. $3,500.00 6065482519
