Hello - For sale is (1) 2013 Forest River Wildwood Lodge 394FKDS Travel Trailer. This trailer was used for (1) camping season on a permanent spot in Monticello, IN on Lake Freeman. We are selling this RV because we purchased a lake house and no longer have a need for it. The travel trailer is in VERY GOOD condition. It was used by two adults with no children and only on the weekends. As you can see in the pictures we had a very large deck (20x40) built along side the RV. The RV and the campsite are both available. The campsite is located at the Walnut Ridge Campground in Monticello, IN 47960. The lot rent is $1,300.00 per season and includes water, trash, and sewage. Each site has it's own electricity meter which is billed for actual usage. If you just want the RV that is totally fine as well. The sale of the RV will include the deck if wanted. This RV was winterized and covered for the off-season. As you can see below there are many pictures and there are links below to super sized pictures. The campground has been paid through 04/2015, the buyer can leave the RV on the lot until spring if they choose. Thanks! The camper was used for one summer season and has been covered during off-season. No mileage on the tires other than delivery. This is a smoke free RV, as some people have sent questions asking that.
