According to the owners, everything in this van is brand new and working properly. After the conversion was completed in AZ., the van was driven to NH. Barely used and almost like new. Custom 2020 Sprinter van that was custom-built by Holland Vans in Flagstaff, AZ. This custom Sprinter is loaded with features and accessories for the next owner to get on the road in comfort and style. This sprinter's main features include a full queen bed and beautiful T&G white pine ceilings. No worries, no matter where you travel, as this conversion sprinter has been equipped with a 200W solar panel and 1000W Inverter. It is fully self-contained. It has a built-in fridge/freezer, laminated cabinets, and Corian countertops. There was no expense spared on this conversion. It has upholstered walls for more quiet trips. Also added were a retractable sink and a convection cooktop. Also included is a hot/cold shower with a 30 Gallon holding tank Too many features and comforts to list. This is a nice 16 foot landscape trailer. It is in good shape and works well the way it is. I have used it to move around many things local and never had a problem with it, however the brakes were not hooked up the last time it was wired so they do not work and a couple tires could be replaced if you were planning on using it a lot or for heavy hauling. The state of NH does not issue titles for vehicles over 15 years old so this come with a bill of sale ONLY. Don't expect anything more then a bill of sale because that's all I can offer. Please do not purchase if your state requires more then that. Most don't. This is not a new trailer but not a rust bucket and like I said works well the way it is but could use a few things if you want to do them. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
