This travel trailer appears to be well-maintained, although it is due for regular roof maintenance (e.g., additional sealant on all seams).
There are a few issues to be aware of from a recent third-party inspection, which noted an interior section with some peeling wallpaper. This indicates possible water intrusion; however, water damage is minimal and will likely be corrected with standard maintenance of additional sealant on the roof seams. There is also some damage to the frame on the off-door side directly below the coupler. A close inspection reveals some repairs to the door-side exterior wall, as evidenced by paint overspray on the door and furnace and repairs to the awning arms.
The trailer passed a propane leak test, and the regulator is within normal range. The water systems, including the pump, heater, and all tanks, are fully functional. and all appliances, drawers, and cabinets are working correctly.
