2000 Featherlite ALL Aluminum trailer. 2 horse straight ramp load. Fold down windows, dutch doors, ceiling vents and custom waterproof portal for electric cord, should you need to use an electric item inside the trailer. The railings inside are removable. The tack area is open. There is no divider between the tack area and the horse area. This allows you to drive a mower inside or even scrub out the trailer, throw down a tarp and an air mattress and call the trailer a camper for the weekend Tires, wires and brakes are 500 miles young. 1996 King Of The Road Crown Marquis 40 Ft , Purchased this off craigslist to serve as a living quarters during building a new house and never lived in it. It was leveled to live in but never extended the mains power to it. Over this past winter it developed a leak in the back which is now fixed professionally (partial roof replacement). There are no leaks. The goods: This trailer is pretty much as big as they get and is prime for someone to set it up as a semi-permanent winterized home. Thing is a tank and the walls are THICK. The master suite has a bathtub shower with full skylight, separate toilet room with skylight, and slide for the master bed. The kitchen has full size, barely used appliances and has 2 skylights. The living room has full entertainment center and a full length slide doubling the LR/Kitchen area. Hydraulic jacks in the front, double AC's, untested Generac generator (needs carborater work apparently), 2 furnaces, 50Amp hook-up. There is a washer dryer closet but no unit as the previous owner replaced with shelving. The awning material is done and needs replacing. Tires look good. Natural light inside is great. The other stuff: 1) Previous owner said the ACs work, but as we never hooked up to mains we never tested them. 2) The original water heater was replaced with the wrong sized unit. It works but I would replace it with the correct unit. 3) There is a small saucer sized sag in the floor in front of the stove. Not worth fixing other than a piece of sheet metal and a rug. 4) There is a sag in the ceiling and a discoloration to the carpet where the leak was but as it's now waterproofed, it's just cosmetic. Could either fix or leave as is. There is no rotting or issue with the floor or walls in that area. This is a very cool trailer that wants to be a home as it's so massive. It has a few blemishes but IMO nothing serious. That is why the asking price is low. Any other trailer like around like this is $10k+ (book value is $13k).
