2000 Coachmen Royal 325RLS, For Sale Coachmen Royal 325RLS. This unit has been well cared for, stored inside and when outside covered with a Sunbrella cover. We would rather know who it is going to rather than trade it in. Owners are non-smokers and non pet owners. This coach has the walk through bath, no cramped closet toilet here, glass surround shower-garden tub combo with the outside shower option. Has a residential size queen bed with storage underneath, mirrored doors on the full width front closet, plus twelve drawer dresser, Bedroom also has been fitted with "ultra dark" window shades. Kitchen is equipped with a three burner stove, oven (never used), over range power, lighted fan hood, microwave and large refrigerator/freezer, and vinyl wood plank flooring. Control modules in the refrigerator and furnace were replaced 12/2014. Coach has the four dining chairs with freestanding table option, and residential ceiling fan. Living room has a large fold out sleeper couch and two wall-hugger recliners. There is a Winegard satellite dish, with "Magic Elevation" option and TV antenna factory mounted on the roof. This unit also has AM/FM/CD/Cassette Stereo in the living room with the outside entertainment option and a 2000 watt inverter. The unit has a 4000/3200 watt generator installed. The coach is wired for 50- amp service, complete with wire and frame for a second air conditioner in bedroom. The "tin" rear bumper has been replaced with a heavy duty steel unit with drain hose storage, trailer receiver hitch, and double bicycle rack. There is a pass-through storage area near the front plus many smaller storage bins scattered everywhere and a twenty-foot A&E awing. Fresh water tank is 50 gallons, as are the black and grey holding tanks. Two 30 Lbs propane bottles are included. Tires are the larger Goodyear Wrangler LT235/85R16 with load rating "E" complete with underneath mounted spare, both Dexter axles have shocks mounted on them, wheel bearing repacked 12/2014. Tires have been covered while stored and have low miles. Dual electric front landing jacks, manual crank down stabilizer jacks at the rear. Tinted safety glass windows, 35K BTU ducted furnace heat, 15K BTU Duo-Therm ducted air conditioner, and 6 gallon gas/electric hot water heater. The main slide out motor and gear were replaced 12/2014. Sunbrella cover is included, needs seam repair. Also included is the hitch pin tripod stabilizer. $10,500.00 3135807554
