The RV was in great shape inside and out. The decals and upholstery were in great condition, with no fading, rips, or tears. The couch armrest had a couple of small burn holes. One battery was not charging properly so it was removed. The foot pedal on the toilet is in the process of being replaced. There is a large pass-through storage area, electric jacks, a docking station, and a large patio awning for shade. The roof has a solar panel, and the interior is insulated for camping year-round. Spacious living area with theater seating, bench dining area, and plenty of storage throughout. Buffet area with drawers and shelving. The kitchen spans the back of the unit with a large sink, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Step up into the bedroom/bath area. The bathroom has a large shower, sink with vanity, medicine cabinet, and extra cabinet above the toilet. It also has a Furrion water heater control center. The bedroom has a queen bed with storage below, nightstands, and wardrobe cabinets on both sides. There is a shelf above the bed with a charging port, and the carpet around the bed provides comfort. Large wardrobe and dresser across from bed. Door for privacy. Reason for selling is getting out of rv'ing.
