1997 Ford Super Duty Shuttlebus This does not need a special driver's license so I bought it last year to use as my dirtbike carrier. It has been excellent for that purpose. Now I am selling my dirtbikes and moving on to a more acceptable sport for old guys like me. So the dirtbike carrier must go. 4 of the back row seats fold up against the walls so there's more room inside for bikes or whatever. It fits into a corner parking space so the back wheels touch the curb and loading/unloading from the lift is even easier (see picture). V10 Triton engine runs PERFECT and has no problems around town or on the highway. I bought it in Iowa last year and drove it back through St Louis and back to Raleigh (over 1,000 miles). It drives like a small, very light motorhome. I seem to get 11 miles per gallon no matter where I'm driving it. 7,500-pound hitch with multi-ball. Clear NC Title in my name, registered as a 1997 Ford HC and insured as a 1997 Ford Super Duty (for less than a couple hundred per year). The 800-pound lift works fine but the new wand controller needs to be wired in (to replace the current wand controller). Right now, the lift lowers fine and I tap a wire to my spare battery to raise the lift. Custom blue light on ceiling. 4 speakers on ceiling (not great speakers) with eyes that blink red with the music. Custom multi-color remote-controlled lighting under the front passenger seats.
