Overall, the condition of this COLEMAN is typical for a 9-year-old travel trailer. The CHAMPION DUAL-FUEL 4000W generator is included and is said to have approximately 5 hours use. The tires appear decent but are nearing the end of their serviceable life. We suggest having the tires inspected by a professional before any highway use. Appliances all work well. The awning does exhibit sun damage and partial tears. They appear functional, but one might consider getting a new one. Note the step stabilizer attached to the entry steps. This is a smart feature, and the seller is including it with the OUTBACK. The seller installed a WIFI and PHONE SIGNAL booster. Stock #372417 Great and Clean Condition! Well Maintained! Ready for your Next Adventure! This is a unique toy hauler. The front-located garage is accessed by way of a side-mounted folding ramp. The garage is 7'8" long, 6'9" wide, and approximately 6'6" high. It has tie-downs and plenty of space for your ATV, Motorcycle, Multiple bicycles, generator, etc. The front garage also includes two bunk beds which fold up to make even more storage room. There is a "barn door" separating the garage from the living area. As you walk from the garage, on the right is a generous-sized bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror, and shower. The kitchen is on the left and features a nice size oven and a three-burner stove top. Standard-size refrigerator-freezer operate on propane or electricity. The kitchen has a fairly large countertop and plenty of storage in the cabinets. The dinette seats 4 comfortably and also folds down to make a double bed for two. Across from the dinette is a convertible sofa bed. The TV is mounted across from the sofa, making TV watching comfortable without having to turn your head sideways. The rear slide moves "north-south," and it houses the king-size mattress. Outside is a large, full-length awning and numerous outside storage compartments. This particular OUTBACK also includes the ARCTIC 4-season insulation package so it's good to go no matter what part of the country you are camping at. The hitch is electrically operated so it is easy to connect to your tow vehicle. Reason for selling is no tow vehicle...not using.
