We bought this beautiful RV only 3 months ago as a brand new 2013 leftover, so this unit is still in brand new condition and was only used for one night. No smoking or pets. It is also still under warranty. This camper has a dry weight of 3950 lbs, and can be towed by most smaller and mid sized vehicles. We have had multiple upgrades added such as insect screens for the water heater, fridge, and furnace, second deep cycle battery, battery disconnect switch for when the unit is not in use, sewer hose storage tube mounted underneath which fits the Rhino sewer hose kit which is also included. We are also including many extras with the sale such as an Equalizer weight distribution hitch(we paid $800 for this alone), power cord adapter, water hoses, water regulator, water filter, sewer hose, drill adapter for stabilizer jacks, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, sewer hose support system, keyed alike lock set for tongue and hitch pin, etc. We bought this with the intention of traveling around the country but unfortunately we are going to have to put that plan on hold. Our loss is the buyers gain.
