1997 Roadtrek 190 Popular , Lic # 7LXT933 (CA) Non-smoking unit This RV has all the usual Roadtrek features: A/C, shower, toilet, heater, sink, 2-burner stove (new), stove fan (new), Dometic refrigerator (3 settings- 110V, 12V & propane), roll-out awning, dinette in back that converts to a king-size bed, pull-out table in front, swivel captains' chairs, upgraded Pioneer radio w/CD, cruise control, continental kit, power windows, door locks and mirrors, plus: Onan generator (175 hours). used & serviced regularly, quick-release propane connector for B-B-Q on right side of vehicle that connects to the main propane tank (no more carrying propane bottles), Limo tint on rear & side windows for privacy, two 2 year old & two 2 month old tires (Firestone Transforce HT), extra heavy-duty shocks (5 years old). We also have a set of air shocks that we didnt install because we felt the new heavy-duty shocks did the trick but the air shocks have been set up for installation. New black & grey tank valves (last year), upgraded sewer hose connector (no more taking off the cap & getting covered with...), vehicle water pump is 3 years old, new (last year) house water pump, newer larger microwave, zip-up bug screen for side doors, bug screen for grill. Wardrobe can be used for hanging clothes or with optional shelves, flat screen TV with DVD slot, Transit HF Blue Tooth enabled (through radio), , Cobra CB Radio, trailer hitch, extended shore power line with Progressive Industries in-line surge protector, IKEA cabinet where 3rd seat is normally (also has the 3rd seat), Go-Power 600 watt 12V to 110 Inverter, 3 year-old alternator, new sparkplug wires, new brakes, vehicle battery is about 1 year old, house battery is about 4 years old We have been getting about 15.5 MPG using regular gas *This is an eighteen year old vehicle, with 128k miles, so it does have some cosmetic anomalies, some scrapes and a dent in the right quarter panel but has not been in any accidents and tracks straight down the road. $14,595.00 2132481949
