It has 3 new roof vent covers. It has a owning that is yellow and white stripped. It does not leak. This has a full wet bath from the ceiling to floor. The curtains are new and has new vinyl window blinds. These are the original seat cushions which have the original tags on them that are dated July 1972. They have been dry cleaned. All the wood is original and has a couple coats of polyurethane applied to it. It has new vinyl flooring. This has Bunk beds in the back and the table can be lifted off to make a full bed in the front. The table is a extended table which will extend the full length of the seats. This has a top air condition which works great. I do have a copy of the original owners manual. This is a self contained camper. The rear storage has the old wood removed and replaced with new plywood. It does have a power converter. It has 12 volt 110 outlets with breaker box. I does not come with propane tanks but I have put tanks on it to test the gas on the stove and water heater which work good. The underneath of the camper is all original metal. It comes with a spare tire and all the hoses for the sewer drain. This has the original FAN wheel covers. Any questions please ask, thank you. This is a 1969 Coachman pull behind 15 foot body with hitch it is 18 foot long and 7 1/2 feet wide. This has rear shower and commode with sink. Table lays down for twin bed and couch or wall seat pulls out to standard or oversize twin bed. Stove is gas and Fridge is electric both work. Air conditioner works great. Never tried the furnace so I don't know if it works or the hot water heater. The hot water heater was not hooked up when I bought this camper a year ago, both run off gas. Has been painted inside and out. Tires are in good condition. No leaks in roof, Had all water lines repaired not replaced last year and it was a quick job of splicing with rubber hose and hose clamps to the copper tubing. I did not do it but a friend of a friend did. Worked good last year. Took it camping last week and one of those clamps blowed off and needs to be fixed. The water storage storage tank has been replaced with a new 40 gallon tank. The whole camper has been rewired 110 with a shut off box. The pictures show everything that comes with the camper. It also comes with the electric cord that plugs you into any camp site, also there is a outside light that screws in at the top right side of the door. Most all of the outside running lights need new bulbs. It has a plug that runs the back brake and turn signals that hook up to your vechicle. It's not perfect but in good condition for its age. Has lots of storage under the seats and above the seats, as well as the storage in the back of it which has a key lock. The camper has 1 entry key. I bought another camper, that serves myself and husband better for our disabilites. This would be good for someone who is able to fix the little things that go wrong with one. This camper has some dings and a dent on top nothing bad but needed to mention. It is sold as is. Clear title. Great vintage condition. 270-315-four6one4 Has a clear title and was lienced last year.
