Garage kept. Weight is 2378 LBS. Great condition. Taken out only a few times. 1 owner. Smoke free. Add a room never used. The exterior is in great condition. Solid floor. Working AC and furnace. AC unit is in good shape. Working 3 burner gas stove. No tears on canvas or screens. The awning has no tears. Easy set up. Interior is in great condition. Working fridge. Sleeps 8. 2 dinettes, both with free standing table. No tears in any of the bench cushions. One of the tables could be used outside. Heated Pull outs- 1 Queen and 1 Full size. Camper is in great condition, has two pull out heated beds(1 queen, 1 full), a stove, a fridge and freezer, a thermostat for the heat, exhaust fan. Can run on gas, battery, or power from the campground. It has a grill that hooks on to the outside of the camper. Includes an add a room (never used). There are two tables that fold down into beds. Sleeps 8.

2011 Forest River Flagstaff 8528bhss , We bought this 2011 Flagstaff model 8528BHSS new from Cheyenne camping center in Iowa back in March of 2011. It has a 5 yr warranty which I believe is transferrable until 2016. It has (2) slide outs, 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. It would make a great set up if you want to keep it somewhere as a 2nd home, or cabin or even a guest house! Pull it to where you want it, it has power leveling and stabilizer jacks and in minutes you are set up with the push of the buttons and ready to enjoy! It has a main bedroom with storage cabinets on each side and a Queen Serta Mattress with storage under the bed. It also has a full bathroom with enclosed glass shower & skylight with a sink and flushable porcelain toilet, with a medicine and storage cabinet and a 3 speed exhaust fan . The bunkroom has a twin upper bunk bed and a fold out full/queen cushioned couch below which folds down into a bed. It has full power and a thermostat controlled 30,000 BTU heat and air system-13,500 BTU AC both air ducted. There is a full refrigerator and 3 burner stove with oven and full microwave above the stove. Everything works just like new, it looks like new as well. We put less than 1500 miles on it since we had the unit. Its been stored every season in a enclosed storage building from Oct to end of April every year. It has a 32 in flat screen TV with high definition and stereo CD system with outside and inside speakers, 7 speakers total with (2) marine for outside. It has a DVD/Cd/MP3/AM/FM weather band 200 watt stereo surround system. It also has satellite and cable connections. The Cabinets are cherry wood and it has a dual kitchen sink which is deep and great for doing dishes in. The refrigerator and freezer keeps everything ice cold and I even take ice cream with us when we camp and it keeps it solid and meats stay frozen as well. The dinette is U shaped and seats 6 easily, and the take folds down and makes a queen/king size bed as well and can sleep 2-3 people. There is a 3 person size couch which also has a Serta air mattress which also when plugged in expands to a queen size bed for guests and sleeps 2-3 depending on size. When you don't need it, plug it in and it reverses and goes back down and into a couch again. You can easily sleep 9 people or more in this unit. the floors are vinyl except the bedrooms, they are carpeted. It has a full power control panel which keeps track of the water use in the water and gray water tanks. It has (2) 30 lb LP gas tanks with auto switch over (2) power slide out chambers. It has a 6.2 gallon LP gas or electric water heater with DSI. It has 14' A&E power extend/power retract patio awning. We also had 2 power awnings installed over the slide outs as well. . $25,000.00
