2004 Keystone Cougar 304BHS, 2004 Keystone Cougar 304 BHS with 2340 carrying capacity, 840 hitch, 33'11" length, 8' width, 11'1" height, 45 gallon fresh water, 28 gallon waste, 28 gallon gray water. Dry weight 7310 lbs. Smoke free owners. **Please read: Minor water leak discovered in back bunk area - believe came from main living room, no interior damage, can be fixed without issue (just don't have the time prior to sale). Campers this age may have water leaks, however are very easy to fix by sealing. Due to this, we have dropped the price from $13,500 to $10,500 and will include the weight distribution hitch (worth $1,200 new). You may come see the camper prior to purchase** Two large slide outs for back area bunk bed room which includes desk with drawers and cabinets as well as eating area and pull out couch. Pull out couch has a Queen bed with new mattress last year. Eating table converts to a sleeping area. A master bedroom is at the front of the camper, double doors close for privacy. Includes new bedding, new mattress and storage under bed. Kitchen includes new microwave, original stovetop (with cover), new sink and faucet, original panel refrigerator with freezer, extra cabinet storage. Bath includes a tub and new shower head with new curtains. Baby gate attached to door - can be removed or used to keep children and/or pets from leaving camper once door is opened. Original shades are day/ night shades - pull down once for room darkening shades and again for light filtering. CD/ Radio player provides music to two speakers in the camper (Master Bedroom and main living area). New flat screen tv's in Master Bedroom and Living area - both include DVD players. Brand new tires put on in 2012, updated door lock to the RVLock wireless security lock. Tire locks included. THERE IS NO AWNING - replacement will cost $800. Camper has normal wear and tear for a 2004 but the overall condition is excellent. Planned on keeping it for many years but ended up moving and need to sell. This camper has tons of interior storage, which is what attracted us to it. Items that have normal wear:- Some tears in upholstery (nothing seen by the eye - included picture of the one tear in cushion)- Back room divider has some staining - have steamed it, does not come out but divider can be replaced if wished.
