Powered 671 Detroit Diesel pusher. Excellent running condition. This bus has over forty thousand in work and new parts. Complete passenger area wood floor replaced. Back half is open to be finished. Could be a great party bus or what have you. Self leveling air ride suspension in good working order. Brakes have 100 miles on them. Tires all brand new no recaps have less than ten miles on them. New front and rear wheel bearings. ( Small goof up easily fixed the hubs inadvertently on the wrong side. Ie. wheel studs for left side on the right. New drive shaft zero miles. Clutch and components very healthy. Complete new throttle linkage from front to rear. Power steering good. Four speed spicer. To shift into reverse you start in first and as you pull into second you hit the electric switch which puts it into reverse. Two years ago top was sanded down and new white paint applied. Two cold blowing air conditioners one ten units. Many other new parts. Now the flip side of this deal. After I had replaced the hatch that got hit I found that the hinges to the door are sprung. In my younger days no problem to fix. Also the engine runs great but the plenum was broken yet it was in such a location that it really doesn't effect the engine at all. I think I can use an industrial two part epoxy to make that repair. As to the rest of it ...since the wife passed recently from pancreatic cancer I personally have lost all interest. As truckers we were going to see all the places that we had to drive by to deliver the load. I had at one time bought a second bus for the aluminum wheels. Before I scrapped it out I removed all the windows, hatches. front entrance door and ALL that goes with and is included in the price of the bus. I should be able to get twenty thousand and hope that some generous soul would give me that price. I live on $600.00 a month disability from SSI.
