Pristine condition, all original interior and appliances. Has A/C,central ducted heating, rear bathroom with full tub and shower, Twin beds across the middle, double door dometic refrigerator, original stove and microwave. I have the 1972 owners manual included. Brand new axels were installed in 2008 and trailer was only used local since then, I have all receipts for servicing which has been kept up on, over $2,500 has been spent. Also including a portable water tank that I have receipt for $150.00. White wall tires with plenty of tread, hubcaps, It has a few scratches but very minor from coming too close to tree, also a slight dent on the roof from a falling branch. No leaks, everything works and is ready to take on a camping trip right away. I have a clear title in my hand. The trailer is located in Linton North Dakota 58552 about 65 miles south of Bismarck.
