The overall condition of the 2015 Open Range Roamer 310BHS is good. The exterior was found to be free of any major scratches or cracks. The 2015 Open Range Roamer 310BHS has many accommodations in the roomy living space, plenty of sleeping options, including the rear bunkhouse, and an exterior kitchen. The 2015 Open Range has one entry door outfitted with a leveling step system and a handrail that provides security when entering. Once inside, you'll find the island kitchen located to the left, just inside the doorway, the living area, full bath, and bunkhouse at the rear, and the master bedroom at the front. The island kitchen has a double sink with covers, a pull-down sprayer, a drawer, and cabinet storage. Appliances in the kitchen include a microwave with a light/fan hood, a 3-burner stove, an oven, and a refrigerator/freezer. A large U-shaped sofa with windows on three sides and overhead cabinets is located in a slide across from the kitchen. The sofa ends have pull-out storage draws. Two table tops can be placed in front of the sofa. The sofa center pulls out to form a queen-size bed. An entertainment center is located across from the sofa for easy viewing. A soundbar mounted just above the large flat-screen TV provides great sound. Below the TV is an AM/FM/DVD/AUX player. The bunkhouse room is located in the back left of the RV. The room is configured with a bunk above a dinette that can be converted into a bunk. The top bunk can be lifted up and locked in place when not in use, providing better access to the dinette. Between the bunks in the middle of the room is shelving with a place to hang a TV. There is an overhead bunk with a bunk/sofa and storage below. The master bathroom is located just before the master bedroom. The bathroom features a shower with a glass door. There is a skylight inside the shower. The vanity sink has a medicine cabinet and a foot-flush toilet. There is access to the bath from the living space or from the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a queen bed with storage beneath and overhead storage cabinets with lighting. A large hanging closet with built-in shelving and drawers is next to the bed along one side of the RV. Outside, you'll find a pass-thru storage bay. An outdoor kitchen is provided complete with a mini refrigerator, a stove, a microwave oven, a sink, and cupboard storage. Reason for selling is family has outgrown rv.
