This aluminum frame and fiberglass travel trailer has a rear living area floor plan, sofa and dinette Slide-out, bath tub in the bathroom, raised panels on cabinets, doors and refrigerator and features an outdoor cooking area, external shower, enclosed tanks, and window awnings. Ducted air conditioning and furnace along with solid surface counter tops complete the interior. The roof was sealed in 2010. The bumper has been reinforced to safely carry a bike rack or cargo rack. It has an electric tongue jack and scissor style stabilizer jacks on the corners. The tires and rims were upgraded to 15â€ load range â€œDâ€ tires. A new Coleman â€“ Mach Air Conditioner was installed in 2010 along with 3 Fan-tastic reversible, thermostatically operated ceiling vent fans with Max-Air roof vent covers. A new battery was just installed. An Equalizer load leveling hitch and anti-sway system is included. Approximately 5200 lbs. dry weight. It has been stored under cover, is clean and well maintained. Disclosure: The main awning and cover over the slide out are in fair condition. Some delamination has occurred but there are no leaks at this time. Price listed has been adjusted to compensate for replacement.

We have available a very nice example of a 2008 Fleetwood Discovery 39R Full wall slide. Riding on a Freightliner Chassis pushed by a 350HP Cummins engine and Allison 6 speed trans. This coach is built with Canadian Standards. I have personally driven this coach about 100 miles from where we purchased it and it operates well. On the house side of the coach I have also tried all the systems and didn't find anything obviously not working properly at this time. I encourage anyone to come see the coach in person before bidding. The tires are original so I recommend replacing them.
