The exterior of the RV is in good condition and kept very clean. There is one boo, boo on the rear passenger side of a tree. An estimate was given for repairs. There is vinyl repair tape on it at the moment. Bug guard for all vents. Added water bladder. Flow air winterize kit. Thetford sewer digester system. Beautiful chrome mirrors come with covers to prevent the sun from fading. Covers for wheels and wipers also. The seller added numerous GFI outlets and a reupholstered couch with reversible cushions. The sellers added a Weboost always to keep you in the loop. Updated crystal clear headlamps. Inside, there is no visible damage, and the unit is clean. This Diesel Pusher with an Onan generator is in great shape and only has 39,000 original miles on it. It runs quiet, smooth and powerful  The engine is a Cat 330 hp diesel with and freightliner chasis.  The unit has a 4 door refridgerator freezer unit with icemaker, washer/dryer combo machine, two brand new televisions, composting toilet (original toilet included if you want to change it back).  New glass on passenger side (replaced due to stone chip). Glass on both sides were resealed when passenger glass was installed. Paint is 10 out of 10 decals are 8 out of 10.  Tires are in great shape.  Entire vehicle has been completely serviced by a local expert who started his own shop after being frustrated working for the the big box store ( you know who that is haha). One new battery along with a internal surge suppression system installed last fall.  The ONLY reason I am selling this vehicle is that my vision in my right eye is going bad and I can no longer drive this vehicle. 2014 Heartland Elkridge , Used 2014 Elkridge Express with party couch. 29.8 feet, bunk beds, two slides. Outside kitchen, electric awning. Great unit. I researched this company and unit for six months before I bought. Used lightly, longest trip was PA to myrtle beach.' I need to sell this unit for college tuition for my last two children. The rear wall of this unit is made of the composite Azdel. I upgraded to A/C to the 15,000. I had Heartland take out the dinette and add a long party couch. this way all can watch a movie. There is a table that is placed in front of the couch. I also looked for a unit with a front TV, hard to find. This TV is close, the TV swivels out. Nice almost new used 16 times since purchased new in 2012. 36ft Spring dale camper with mega slides. 1 slide in rear with full bunk house, sleeps 5, 14ft slide in center with sleeping for 4, and the front q bedroom sleeping 2. We bought it new with intentions to use it more but just have the time, original MSRP was 36k I'm asking $21500. We never smoked in it, wore our shoes in it. nothing. everything is in Like new condition. It has power owning, And power leveling jacks all at the convenience of the interior. included is everything you need for camping, sewer connections, cable,water houses, wood, tire locks ect. I have the $695 towing hitch with leveling system that goes with as well. the price is listed t the NADA trade in value, i will consider reasonable offers, im in no rush to sell, but would like to see it get used, thanks for looking It is listed locally as well Can be looked at by appt.
