2009 Lance 845 truck camper in EXCELLENT condition, PRICED TO SELL! One owner, very well maintained. Includes electric jacks with remote control, over-dinette fold-out bunk with mattress and zipper access netting (perfect for our young sons), factory installed interior and exterior speakers, rear awning, rooftop Coleman A/C unit, brand new Fantastic fan, 18,000 BTU furnace, large 4 cubic foot refrigerator with 3-way power mode, three burner stove with oven, dual 5 lb. propane tanks, carbon monoxide and propane detectors, and full wet bath with new shower head. We are selling because our family has become larger; this is a perfect camper for a couple and/or a family with 1-2 children. This camper is CLEAN; it doesnt have that used RV funk that has put us off of other campers in the past. We are allergy sufferers and keep everything very CLEAN! We love our Lance and hate to part with her but she needs a good new family to go have more adventures with! Tank capacities: fresh water - 30 gallons, grey water - 13 gallons, black water - 19 gallons. Dry weight: 2,412 lbs.
