The interior overall is in good condition with minimal wear and tear. There is a soft spot in the ceiling between the door and the slide (see pic). The seller is looking into the issue and believes it happened while the unit was at the dealer recently for maintenance. The exterior has some minor surface blemishes (see pics of exterior walls and storage compartment doors), but it appears solid. The seller reports that one of the grey holding tank valves is stuck open. The tires are the original ones and will need replacing soon. The tire date code is 2317. 2012 Forest River Sandpiper 391QB, 392QB - LIKE NEW CONDITION!! Has rear bunkhouse with quad bunks. Absolutely wonderful, spacious travel trailer!! Purchased it brand new a few months ago. We've only used it a handful of times to go to my daughter's dance and gymnastics meets. Unfortunately, have to part with it because we need to get something smaller that I can pull with my Yukon XL (we use a Ford F350 to haul this one). It is a big trailer...would not recommend it for weekend trips...but if you want to stay somewhere for a week or more...highly recommend it! It's like a small home! Friends have said it's better than their apartment! $32,000.00
