2007 Lance 851 With Slide , This camper is like new! It is very spacious for a unit that is only 8.6 feet long and is loaded! It has an AC, DSI water heater, indoor and outdoor shower with toilet, oven, 3 burner stove and was minimally used. It has two awnings-one on the side and one on the rear. It has a dinette slide-out and the upholstery is in excellent condition. It has electric jacks (remote controlled), and has an aluminum frame with fiberglass exterior. It has a large two door refrigerator and has a queen sized north-south bed with closet mirrors. It has a TV and a CD player. This has all the bells and whistles and blue books at $21,500. 1993 Itasca Spirit ITASCA SPIRIT 31C, The best selling point on this RV is the NEW ENGINE with only 9000 miles on it. The odometer mileage is 77,000. I have the receipts detailing the engine replacement. The other is the practically NEW TRANSMISSION which still has more than 1 year under warranty. This hard to find Itasca has all the extras that make camping long -term easy. The solar panel keeps the brand new auxilliary battery charged when parked- there is storage room for 2, but 1 does the trick. the 12 volt outlet has a small inverter to charge cell phones or tablets. There is even a solar flat screen TV/DVD player. The solar panel keeps the pump and lights running. Propane fridge and freezer, and 3 burner stove top. Double sink with cutting board top- I removed the microwave to make more storage for food but it could be replaced. Back up camera, no leaks as far as I know some exterior dents in back while learning how to back up :), which is why I'm selling at a lower price. Double bed over cab with lots of head room, windows, and skylight. Rear skylight in bathroom with built-in fan. Couch folds down into 2nd bed. All upholstery in perfect condition. Blinds on all windows. Propane hot water heater, propane heater. 110 and 240 plug in connection to electric power. Cab AC and house AC on roof chills it down in minutes. Generator easy to start behind drivers seat. Bathroom with toilet, closet, sink, and shower. Plenty of storage cabinets. Photos do not show upholstery as I covered it to protect it.
