It's very solid and there are hurricane straps to tie a lot of the framing together It was well thought out and planned to this point Half of the roof was covered with rolled roof, the other half was notThe half that was not covered is slightly weathered and although not rotten it is warped to where I would replace itThere's windows inside from an old school bus and I think they would work nicelyFinish how you likeThe hard part in doneI HOPE THAT SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN THINKING ABOUT A TINY HOUSE PROJECT LIKE THIS WILL BUY IT. Up for sale is my 2013 Four Wheel Camper Fleet shell with side dinette, furnace, LED lights, Engel chest refrigerator, 12v outlet, porta potty, AC inverter, jack stands, custom bunk ladder, custom modular storage, stove with 10ft hose to cook in or out. Plus all the standard options the shell came with. If wanted I will include the Timbren suspension kit that fits frontier, Tacoma, and maybe other trucks. There is a small cosmetic dent/scratch in the left rear otherwise the camper is in excellent condition and has been gently used, non smoker.
