CAMPER IS LOCATED IN HOLLYWOOD MARYLAND 20636 AT MY FATHERS HOUSE I have a $3300 Buy It Now Price but I am open to reasonable offers. 1999 Springdale Lite By Keystone. 27 foot 5th wheel, weighs 5600 pounds, can be towed with a half ton.All electric but the stove/oven and that is gas. Ducted ac/heat, 1 dining nook slide out. Microwave, separate doored fridge and freezer, radio, sleeps 7-8, toilet, tub, shower. Queen bed over 5th wheel, couch pulls out to large bed, kitchen table converts to a bed, 2 bunk beds in the rear. Good tires with spare tires on the back. We are the 3rd owners of the camper. The 2nd owner, the person we bought it from had it over 10 years and kept it in great shape, winterizing it every year etc. We hooked water to it long enough to make sure it works and it still has the pink anti-freeze? stuff in it for winter. We bought it in April of this year to set it up on my fathers property in Maryland to use whenever we go there on vacation. In June we set it up and decided we needed a regular pull behind camper to stay in with a regular floor level bed/bedroom. Problems. When setting it up in June something happened to one of the electric jacks and it wouldn't come down as you can see in the picture where it has the cinderblocks under it. It maybe a simple fix or something you don't even want to fool with and just use blocks like we did. Has an awning. We were told it was fine but we never pulled it out when we set the camper up. There is one switch by the door that didn't work and the only thing we could come up with is it is the outside light and the bulb is blown? We never got around to checking it. Might be a fuse etc. And the same thing with an outlet by the sink. Camper is in very good, clean condition. No leaks or broken windows etc. Slide out works great. Everything works great except for the 1 switch and 1 outlet and the 1 electric jack. All that being said and with the provided pictures you can see the camper is in very good condition but please remember it is going on 15 years old, it is not new, and will have paint chips missing, scratches, nicks, imperfections etc. My father has the title, we never signed and registered it in our name so it is clean, open and ready to go. He also has the keys for the door and the boxes. $500 deposit due within 24 hours via paypal with remaining balance due within 7 days via a US bank certified check or cash to my father upon pick up if picking up within the 7 day period. I live in Tennessee so if you chose to pay by bank certified check, you have the option to mail it me priority mail with tracking or give it to my father. Camper must be picked up within 10 days of auction ending. Winter is coming and it needs to be in its new home and readied before then. Please do not make offers or try to buy unless you are serious about buying it. Buyer is responsible for transporting of the camper. PLEASE REMEMBER CAMPER IS LOCATED IN HOLLYWOOD, MARYLAND 20636. Queen size loft for kids or use for extra storage. Fantastic fan with remote thermostat and rain sensor. (2) 30lb LP tanks. 5500 Watt Onan generator with 311 hours. Generator has had several oil and filter changes and carb was run dry of gas at the end of each season before storage. Generator starts and runs with no issues. Steady-fast jack stabilizers. Significant after market electrical system upgrades to support dry camping include 2000 Watt Xantrex inverter, battery bank of (4) deep cycle golf cart batteries, upgraded 90AMP charge controller, 100 Watt Solar panel and solar charge controller, Trimetric battery and charging system monitor. Generator is on dedicated starting battery so it will still start in case house batteries are low. New top of the line Michelin XPS RIB tires installed February 2014. Triple 6000lb axles for GVWR of 18,000lbs. I have found the typical fully loaded weight (including full water tank) is in the ballpark of 16,000lbs, checked several times on CAT scales on different trips. Measured GCWR (truck and trailer combined) is usually around 24,500lbs. I tow with a 2006 RAM 3500 Dually and it is within the towing capacity of the truck and towing and braking has always been smooth, even panic stops. Did I mention the unit is clean? Non smoking.
