It is extremely clean on the outside and inside showing no damage or wear. Photos do not do this motor home justice. It is like brand new and never used because it wasn't. It has been stored inside most of its life and well cared for. Just recently a local RV company completed an intense check over to repair minor imperfections. and to validate working appliances. This unit listed new for over 76000. This unit is ready to enjoy and start using again and is summer ready. All books and manuals will go with the unit and receipts that I have.
