2007 Itasca Navion 23H, A great price for a great RV! Looking to sell quick. 2007 Itasca Navion 23H. Low-mileage diesel motorhome, built on the 2006 Mercedes Sprinter chassis (5-cylinder) which gets great mpg. This vehicle runs and drives great. We are the second owners of this motorhome. We purchased it in early 2015, have travelled in it extensively this year, and with our travels now complete, are looking for its next home. 34,000 miles. Priced under the Nada Guide price, and well under other comparable SoCal listings for a quick sale! The 23H floorplan provides a large bathroom/shower, located at the rear. A sleeper-sofa is located in the slide-out, which provides a comfortable and functional living area. Interior trim is the factory tan/beige/wood style, in good condition. Machine-washable removable covers for the furniture are also included in the sale. Tires: 6x Michelin LTS M/S2, new 2015. Spare tire is still original, but is in good condition (is always covered). Sale price includes the four stock chrome wheel covers. House batteries: two Optima BlueTop Marine Dual Purpose maintenance-free batteries, for a total of 110 Amp-hours. Both batteries new 2015. Onan propane generator 120 hours, original. Please note that the generator runs strong, but requires three presses of the start button in order to fully start. New water filter 2015. Includes stock radio, TV, DVD player, and remote controls. Equipment and accessories included in the sale price: high-quality cargo rack (mounts to trailer hitch), modest bike rack (mounts to roof-access ladder), two leveling ramps, two chocks, tire valve extenders, two sewer drain hoses and multiple end fittings, water fill hose, quick-fill tube, spare belt for engine, emergency triangles, and shore-power electrical adapters. Additionally: a well-researched buyer will know that one of the failure modes of the Sprinter engine is fracture of the turbo resonator. The sale price includes two spare turbo resonators; carrying these with you provides peace-of-mind, and can turn what would have been a multi-day hit into a 30-minute roadside fix. (We have not experienced any turbo resonators issues; ours is the original.) I'll be happy to show you how to replace a turbo resonator. Includes factory back-up camera. Oil and filter changed regularly, using only Shell Rotella T 15W-40 heavy duty diesel engine oil. Moving parts (slide, cooler-bin, hatches) regularly treated with dry lube. Full set of original factory documents and manuals included. Clean California title, owned outright. Disclosures: Generator starting issue noted above. Crack in windshield.
