The unit is almost new. Used very little and has not needed any work. The tires are good, and the roof is too. The seating has no noticeable wear. All kitchen and bath systems work well. The paint is good, and we saw no issues of any kind. Stock #272037 ONLY USED TWICE!! GREAT CONDITION INSIDE & OUT!!! So do you want an almost new RV at a reasonable price? And it needs to be a very clean RV? Come walk through this unit. This unit looks very nice. Look at the seating. Is this not set up for a weekend of TV watching? Perfect ballgame day setup. Great size TV and great sound. Just kick back and relax. When the hunger hits, you are just steps away from the kitchen. This kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, a nice size refrigerator, and a good deal of storage. End of the day, we have a great shower and a well-equipped bedroom with all the plugs you will need.
