I am the original owner selling a 2010 Crossroads Zinger 29DS. It has been parked next to my home since we purchased it from Fair City RV in Franklinton, LA in March 2010. In October of 2010 when turning pulling my camper out I hit the corner of my house with a small part of the camper. I had it repaired by Fair City RV for $1,000 in November 2010. I have pictures of the minor damage. In 2011 I put Eternabond Tape on all of the seams of the roof to ensure that the seals were tight on the roof to avoid any leaks. In April 2013 I installed new Maxxis M8008 ST Radial Trailer Tires on the camper at a cost of $700. Due to working two jobs we have not had as much time to camp and it has only been used about 6 times in the past three years. We took it out around Mardi Gras and we noticed a soft spot next to the bed. Upon further inspection I have noticed some water damage that entered from the doors to the storage in the front of the camper and around moulding by one of the slides. The rest of the camper is sound, but this damage will need to be repaired by someone who has carpentry skills which I do not. The pictures on photobucket will show the damage. I have blue masking tape over the areas of intrusion of water so you can see for your self. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I have clear title.
