This coach is very clean and well-cared for and maintained. This is pet-free and a smoke-free unit. The tires are dated 0121 and appear to be in good condition. Up for sale is a nice camper in very good condition. It is clean non smoker and everything functions as it should. I've had this camper for about 2 years and never had any issues. When I bought it there was a small area in the rear corner of the floor in front of the bunk slide-out that was spongey but didn't affect anything. About 2 months ago I cut away at the floor in this area to investigate and noticed water damage to the floor studs only in this area. The roof and walls are fine so I'm guessing the camper was once parked unlevel and water must've seeped in along the bottom of the slide-out but thats just my guess since I've never seen any water infiltration since I've owned it. This is a very nice camper and a great deal for someone who is handy. I can repair this myself fairly easily but I don't have the time so I'm listing at a very good price. This camper has a great floor plan. It's very spacious with lots of storage yet has a dry weight of only 5400lbs making it easy to tow. I've described this as best I could but if you would like to come view the camper or have any questions just let me know.
