Interior and Carpet also cleaned... * Water & Drain systems were antifreezed every season and lines/traps are still full of rv antifreeze... * Plumbing fully functional as of last fall when it was last drained & treated... * AC starts & runs, responds to wall thermo, blows cold air from adjustable ceiling registers. * Propane furnace appears to never have been used, exhaust port is clean. Unit responds to wall thermostat, goes thru ignition cycle and air blows from adjustable floor registers. *Propane water heater, Propane stove-top & oven, 12vdc Water pump, 120vac Fridge, AC/DC converter, Hood, and the Microwave have all been tested and fully functional. * Interior/exterior lighting works other than what appear to be a couple bad bulbs. *Tires have like-new tread, are in very good shape, hold air, and come with two wheel covers... Why we are Selling : This camper was a permanent set up at a local campground since 1993 and used 3 summer months a year. We purchased it in 2013 for our adult daughter who unexpectedly needed a temporary place to stay. It was her residence for what became two months before locating an affordable apartment... We have no need for it since, and we have no future plans to travel... If we did we would not be selling it because we like this camper. Transportation and Titling Information : It is very road-worthy and was moved on dealer plates from the campground to our property for storage until sold... We only received a Bill of Sale for this camper and we had no need to ever register it, therefore there is no title ... Many states do not require a title to register trailers older than 1995 ... In those states all you need is a notarized Bill of Sale but before clicking the "Buy" button, please check your own state DMV rules ... If your state needs a title or a former registration for something this old, there are other ways to obtain these regardless where you live, think maine and do a websearch for authorized trailer registration agencies... Delivery is available for extra, we are also a uShip transportation contractor .... The RV valuation books say to add $1000 to the price if it's the Imperial model, which this is .. Temp Storage : camper can be stored for free up to a month, but payment terms still apply as posted... we can work with just about anybody to extend this period but at the worst it has to be moved before snow (mid-october here at this elevation) .. .
