Interior in very good condition. One large slide out in living/dining room areas. Sofa is a sofa bed used I think twice and is very good condition. Heat & AC works great. Large bathroom with tub and lots of storage. Comes with all the matching dishes, pots & pans, silverware, canisters. Kitchen sink has new sprayer faucet. DVD/CD player w/ built in speakers. Venetian blinds on all the windows. What I love about this layout is your sofa is NOT facing a kitchen counter & you can see the TV from living, dining & kitchen areas. Non-smokers!
Exterior: Has brand new very large 20' awning. Purchased some expensive roof coating (5 gallons) to touch up around the vents and AC but there was so much roofing stuff left over my husband went on and speeded the remaining and it covered 85 percent of the roof! Exterior normal wear for age. If I have to say anything negative I would say the exterior stickers are peeling but you have get real nice ones cheap on eBay.
The last picture is almost identical to mine except where there is a plant in the cabinet there is a regular cabinet door. Just including it because it because it explains/describes things better than I can.
Also included is 16 manila folders with all the paperwork on the following items that are in this camper: Microwave, Stove, Toilet, Water heater, Water pump, refrigerator, Air conditioner, Gulf Stream owner's manual, Ground fault, Mattress, Extinguisher, Furnace, Axle, Power center, Ashley sofa, Smoke Alarm, Water filter, Stereo. So if you need to order a part you know exactly what part & model you have!
LOVE THIS CAMPER! I LOVE USING IT RIGHT ON THE OCEANFRONT AT OCEAN LAKES CAMPGROUND IN MYRTLE BEACH BUT I DECIDED TO SELL IT TO HELP ME BUY A CONDO THERE.
If you make an offer before the first bid and a reasonable one (between the starting price and the NADA value) I could put a "Buy It Now" price on it. Just so you know I would rather keep this camper forever before I would consider taking a penny less than the starting price!! Remember I would need to get the title notarized before you can pick it up!
