Trailer is in great condition. We used it two to three times a summer. We bought a enclosed trailer to camp in, no need for this anymore. Best camper because it has a queen bed in the bedroom and a tall shower. My husband is 6,3 and fits with room to spare. Can easily be pulled with a 1500 truck
